Week 2: January 8, 2006: Slana, Alaska

"Cherry Tree"


There are 27 boroughs or census areas in Alaska. I randomly picked Valdez-Cordova Census Area and the town of Tolsona but I could not locate a single address for that town. Next I chose Nelchina and so on, until finally, Slana seemed to have a zip code. I just picked the first person to show up in the town on switchboard, because there aren't too many to pick from.
